Saving the Family History - Geneology in the Face of Katrina

It is extremely necessary to continue to collect and maintain our historical history and heritage. Documentation can come in all forms such as photos, bibles or letters from family members.

A natural disaster can wipe out years of preservation efforts by the family.



This is an example of a woman saving her family's history and legacy before Hurricane Katrina destroyed her family home.
